When will my order be sent?
Once the order has been placed and payment has been confirmed, we generally send the stocked product(s) within 24 hours excluding weekends. Products which are on order or out of stock will have delays which are displayed by the month.
How long does it take to get to my destination?
Deliveries take place on work days, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). Our warehouse is located in Brisbane. Generally it takes 2-8 working days for the freight to reach the destination depending on the location. For rural and distant locations, please allow up to 12 working days.
Do I have to be home to collect the goods?
Either Nova Deko or our logistic partners will hold the goods in a local depot and call you to arrange a day and time to deliver it to your location. Due to OH&S requirements, driver's cannot lift more than 25kg. Please make sure someone is there to help the driver unload the goods. Additional charges apply for having 2nd helper or tail lift.
What if I can't be home?
We are still able to deliver to your property if no one is home. However, this will void your warranty. Nova Deko & the courier companies will not be liable for theft or damage.
Can I collect the order myself?
Yes, you're able to collect the order from our warehouse located at 241 Monier Road, Darra, Brisbane. Nova Deko's Brisbane opening hours are Monday to Friday 8am-4:30pm and Saturdays 9am-1pm. For other pick up locations, the local depot will contact you with collection arrangements.
How much will it cost to ship to my destination?
The shipping calculator relies on the size, weight and location of the order. If the shipping quotes are misleading, please contact us.
Can I track my order?
Once the order has been sent, we will send you all relevant tracking details.
What if my order is damaged during transit?
We have a strong connection of logistic partners who take excellent care of the goods. However if the rare occurrance happens, we require some photographic evidence as soon as you notice the damage. We have insurance on all of our goods and can send a replacement if needed.
Please note: Nova Deko may change logistic companies if your selected company cannot pick it up in a timely fashion.
